OWL360’s Level Up internship program doesn’t provide “workers for businesses.” We connect young people with community members who walk the walk when it comes to making a difference.
To sit with Emily Abell, a former OWL360 housing resident, is to immediately feel a spark. She brings a brightness, kindness, and sense of goodwill into the room that makes a person want to know more about her.
At first blush OWL360 can be tricky to understand. Our organization was recently described as “three or four separate non profits,” though we humbly stand as one.
Sometimes it takes the right mix of programs and the right community for a young person to discover their path. In her own words, Eva shares how Earn to Learn, Level Up, and Flight Crew helped her move from "stuck" to launching the next chapter of her life.
