OWL360 has a unique housing model of working with local landlords to created what's called a "Global Lease." This means is that OWL360 leases your property, then acts as the landlord to OWL360 clients. On a practical level, this means we are the property managers - responding to tenant needs, managing care for home, and ensuring your investment is well taken care of.
On a human level, you will be actively ensuring young people in Jefferson County have a safe and stable home as they grow into self sustaining and proud adults.
