Affordable housing

The Pfeiffer and Parliament House are affordable housing projects for young adults 18-25 who are experiencing homelessness, are at risk of homelessness, or fleeing an unsafe environment.  We provide case care to the residents and access to a variety of resources.

Case plans are driven by the resident and their desired outcomes. We support education, employment, mental health and social wellbeing to assist in guiding emerging young adults into sustainable living.

What is On-site Therapeutic Supportive Services?

Provided assessment, counseling and behavioral health support to emerging youth and youth adults who are involved in the Pfeiffer House Sustainable Living program, as well as young people that are associated with OWL360 through a referral process.
